A review tells you whether something is worth doing and roughly what it involves. Detailed design (heat loss calculations, structural loading, supply capacity, refrigerant work) is done by the certified specialist who will carry out the installation, because their certification requires it. I arrange that stage, brief them properly, and check what comes back. Their fee is separate and you will see it before committing.
